ok, l am 13 years old 5 foot 2, and weigh 155 lbs! ok now l have a pelvic pain in my lower abdominal and testicle area(hurting for about 2 months and seems to hurt about everyday.), my veins are large, and l have Gynecomastia (wich hurts quit often whenever l get hit there or something). l really would like suggestions on what you think about each problem... please

l would go and see your doctor as one of the tubes to your balls could be twisted, as that is why you are in pain, and also there could be other reasons too,,,,consult your doctor so you do not incur any more damage in that area..take care

Dylan u need to see a pediatrician or family practice physician as soon as possible if the pain increases go to an emergency room.

It could be a number of things for the first problem a hernia perhaps really a number of things ..in case it has to do with circulation l suggest u wear loose fitting boxers & u watch the way u sit & how youre testicles r positioned when u sit or lie down , pressure placed on them can cause pain of course so be carefull about that ..

youre veins being large could be a normal or a dangerous problem youre weight certainly has an effect on that so loosing weight would be a great idea

but the problem with youre pecks that is normal for that condition ..that is not anything to worry about unless the swelling or pain is bad .a guys pecks r sensitive under normal circumstances but this condition would likely make then ultra sensitive & getting hit there is just going to cause problems ..
i suggest u apply ice & heat such as with an ice pack & a heating pad that should help youre pecks a litle l think ..
