Tight foreskin, can not get penis head out fully and l heard the surgery would cause loss of feeling in that area. how can l fix it without going under the knife?

you just need to do some stretching, basically stretch the opening, if u do regularly for a while u will grow new skin & have the flexibility u need to retract the foreskin (see the links below) u can also get topical steroid cream from the doctor to help speed it up
