The only 'relation' between the two is that the desire to masturbate and the acne it is self are both caused by your hormones.

Acne is hormonal but l have never heard of such a thing. Maybe you are feeling guilty and stressed out and that is causing the acne.

my guess would be that you do not wash your hand after wards and you probably touch your face with penis sweat. l would suggest unscented or colored soap. Do not ever touch your face if you have an acne problem. If you have long hair keep it clean or cut your bangs. Acne treatment just make more acne good luck with that masturbating.

Well, l do not think masturbation has anything to do with acne. l do not masturbate that much, and l have a few. It is normal for my age, l think. l am 16, and like l said, l do not think there is any relation between the two. Solutions include:

1. Drinking lots of water
2. Washing your face daily
3. Eating fruits with lots of water such as, watermelons
4. Exercising daily
5. Getting plenty of sleep

when l was in puberty all those hundred years ago l jerked as often as possible and did not have much acne but my friend who jerked off with me had more acne than face so it just depends on your genetics.
