l do not no if a stone or anything is going through but l think it might have to do with this rash l have all over. l have it on my private part and other places and maybe it has to do with the cream l use, (goldbond cream) just need some suggestions

It could be an allergic reaction to the cream you are using, or you have a STI, or it could just be a typical bladder infection.
But l think you should really go see a doctor and get it checked out proffessionally.

It sometime happen to me. When l use the soap on my penis, it start like buring hurts like hell. After it dry evrythings fine

it could be a number of things causing it. bladder infection is the most common cause. l would recomend you get your self some citrasoda. you can get it from over the counter and its quite effective. if it persists you may want to visit your GP.

The most likely cause is a urinary tract infection.
Take a urine sample to the doctor for tests & get some antibiotics like trimethoprim from the doctor.
Another possibility is a bladder stone. This can be detected by ultrasound scan, a painless scan. If there is a stone there it can be removed without cutting you, by giving u a general anaesthetic & removing it via a cystoscope. A thin camera pushed into the bladder through the penis & breaking the stone & removing it. However, the chances r it is an infection so off to the doctors with a urine sample.
Is there any blood in ur urine?
If the infection is bad there could be blood in the urine.
