how do l lose weight

eat only 3 times a day eat healthy (fruit for lunch) cut all the the junk food out but for dinner eat whatever ur parent or guardian cooks for u and run run run run!!!! and do push ups and sit ups

look l am 15 and weigh 180 pounds but l am very tall so its fine. your 12 so l dont think you want to lose it for a girl so probly kids are making fun of you then but just fuck them

More activity, less television, less soda, less sweets. Adding a little exercise can make a big difference IF u do it consistently. Set small goals for yourself- drink one less soda per day, spend an extra 5 minutes a day walking- just little things that u can easily turn into a habit. And do not stress over ur weight. At ur age, you've likely not had ur 'growth spurt' yet. Odds are, ur height will increase a few inches in the coming years, & the 144 pounds wo not seem quite so large. DO NOT weigh yourself every day. You did not gain the weight in a week, & u wo not lose it in a week, either. Patience & consistency. Enjoy ur life.

Stop eating junk. Simple as that.

EXERCISE. Eat less calories than you burn. Stop snacking. Eat smaller meals but do not starve yourself. Do not sit around all day playing video games. Go outside.
