l could only imagine u were humping a pin cushion to get stuck by a needle.

Personally if l stuck a needle in the head of my penis l would probably not be taking the time to post a question about it on the internet! l mean the image l have is some dumbass humping a pin cushion & then sitting with a needle in himself waiting for some one to tell him what to do next.

So here is what u do.. get some towels, some hydrogen peroxide & a really sharp knife. And just cut the whole damn thing off, u do not need it anyways especially since you're obviously too intelligent to have it in the first place. Be prepared to apply the peroxide & towels right afterwards - its going to bleed.
