I've been taking Mu Thai classes at Bj Penns Fitness, and my body is so tight and tensed. l can hardly do stretches l usually do everyday. What should l do? Go to the class or do something else? It is not sore, it is just l feel really really weak...

Keep at it!! Trust me you will feel crappy for a fcouple weeks but then your body will get used to it and you will feel better and better every day. good luck

l suggest u eat a diet with more protein and stuff and if ur still feelingg stiff skip a class and go get amisuse to help u
