im 14 and l dont have any pubes.
every1 just says its okay but its really not.every1 in my year has them and they keep flashing them and everything.
i dont wanna flash mine if l had any l just wanna have some so people wont laugh at me.
i no there arnt any ways to speed it up but l do no there are types of foods that increase like this stuff.

You are probably not in your pubic stage but this can start at 15-16 at latest.

Next l find the fact that people in your year flash them, dont see them of something to be proud of really they are just a sign of development. There is no way to speed it up. If your that worried buy a wig for that area.

One day very soon your armpit, pubic and facial hair will erupt.
Do not think ''the guys'' will laugh at you just because most have matured a little before you.
No food or exercise will make you mature any faster. Your maturity is strictly genetic.

l was 15-16 before l got mine. Look at it this way, it can not be too much longer - so try to be just a little more patient. There will come a day when you actually try to remember why this was such a big deal.

There are no foods you can eat that will make you grow more hair. l do not know who told you that but that is not true. You just have to wait till you get them on your own. Once you get them you wo not like them. Believe me, l wish l didn;t grow any.

Just hold on a little while longer buddy. Those hairs will start to sprout before you know it. l know it is tough, but try not to worry about it okay? No need to change your diet, has nothin' to do with it.

l was around 11 when l first got mine. But everybodys different so do not worry you will get them as puberty continues.
