He has my sincere sympathy. All the drugs l used were either withdrawn or ineffective.

l decided that the stomach upsets & constant diarrhoea were not worth it so l now use St John is Wort to try & fight the depression caused by chronic pain.

l have a daily light weight regime to keep the joints moving & l try & walk as much as l can.

l use Omega 3 fish oil tablets, try & limit the alcohol intake so that l am not overdoing it. Sleeping is difficult due to the pain & l waken after a couple of hours.

l think u have to try anything & find something that suits the individual.
