you should've figured out if you were gay/bi BEFORE you got married.

Since you're married, u have to consider ur commitment to ur wife. If u have an open relationship, u can pursue this within the parameters of the agreement you've made. If u have not ever made plans for this situation, u will need to discuss ur interest with ur wife & come to an agreement about how u might explore this. To do otherwise is to betray the trust u have in each other.

If she can not agree on any mode in which u could explore this interest, or u can not find a safe way to bring up the subject, then keep this idea as just a fantasy that u do not act on in real life. There r a lot of straight men that do the same.

Yeah, if you're married, there is something wrong with it. You owe it to your wife to be faithful. You should have done your exploring before you made a commitment to her.

Having sex with someone other than ur wife can cause all sorts of problems. Ask yourself how u would feel if she saw someone else, regardless of the sex of that person. Having said that, if u r gay & married, u will be very unhappy. l think u have to look into ur heart & ask yourself what u want to do. So while there is nothing wrong with exploring ur sexuality, exploring it when u r married is an issue. Put yourself in ur wife is shoes & see how u feel then. Perhaps if u really think u r gay, u need to as her for a separation while u explore ur sexuality.

There is nothing wrong with exploring ur sexuality. There is something wrong with breaking a promise to another person, ESPECIALLY when
a) That person is as close to u as ur wife or child, and
b) When that person is keeping the same promise to u out of trust

My suggestion is to not repress this feeling, but do resist acting on it. Share it with ur wife, & if that is too risky then share it with a therapist.

Just being open about the ''urge'' may be enough to get it ''out of ur system''. If it is not enough, then u need to do what u need to do to get the urges under control before it becomes obsession. After that, u r no longer in control of ur thoughts OR actions.

Sometimes people justify a ''one-night'' stand & can put it out of their mind in the way that you're suggesting, but the problem with YOUR obsession is that it is severely risky from a health point of view. The kinds of gay men that r most likely to give u a random, NSA encounter r the kinds that u DON'T want to touch.

If u end up doing this, u may have to give up sex with ur wife for a year or more.

Food for thought - it is now a CRIME to have sex with a woman without telling her u had sex with a man if u r found to have a deadly disease.

In a recent case, it has been found to be a crime to not tell ur WIFE that u had sex with men, even if u did not get a disease.

l know where u r coming from bebe. We r not all lucky enough to fall in love with a person who shares all of our sexual desires. Ultimately u can suppress yours for a very long time, maybe even indefinitely, but it only takes one moment of weakness for u to cross that cheater line.. & all those years of suppressed sexuality r released. by the bucket load.

We r all polyamorous animals mate, only our matriarchal society would perfer to have us monogamous. Well group sex isnt about monogamy, not in any respect. so the distinction swingers make if u happen to have a lover who does not swing.. is rather false morality l think.

Also, people do not have to declare their sexuality whatever it is. Indeed, some of us do not want to lock ourselves in to one particular gender preference anyway. there r those who prefer to swing both ways.. one way one day.. one way another & maybe either way at the same time on some other day.

Really, what turns u on today may repulse u the following morning. Who can honestly say they have not ever experienced that lil problem!
