my friend has 1 testicle as is getting silicone testicles today. IDK why but he insists on getting 2 more instead of one so he willl have the look and feel of 3 balls whenever in public walking around nude.

l was with him at the doctors and he is chosen the biggest silicone testicle possible... way too big even for an adult male... He is 17 also.

What advice should l tell him before he gets his new balls?

If he wants a different look, tell him to get cubes instead of balls.

What can u tell him? He is already made his mind up & made his selection. Why 3 testicles is beyond me.
My main fear is that he is getting silicone inserts. We all know what leaking silicone does to women. His testicles r in a vulnerable place & he never knows what might happen to him in the future.
He is crowding 3 into 2. The scrotal sack will stretch to accommodate this crowd but he will find its a bit crowded down there with the larger sized implants.
l think ur friend has some real issues which r not really going to be so easily solved by the addition of 2 extra balls. It is his life & if that is the way he & doctor have agreed (why the doctor agreed l will never know) then that is the way he will go for better or worse. May be an unnecessary operation in the future to remove one or both of them. Could interfere with the function of the working testicle. Who knows.

To go for one because two more could hurt his good one and then must be removed:no more sex for him:ever.
