This morning, l woke up at 4:30 something. l had this TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE cramp in my left leg. l put ,my hand right there and it felt like my bone was sticking out. l mean why do l get these Horrible cramps in my legs a few times a year. HOW DO YOU AVOID CRAMPS? l tried to stretch, the pain was so Horrible. and did l memntion about it feeling like my bone was sticking out cause that part of my leg was so hard..
What stretches can l do?
How do l avoid cramps like that. Why did that part of my leg feel so hard.

sometimes, Why it feel like my feet got a 1000 little sticks needles at it.
and sometimes, why it feel like l got sand under my feel

Cramps is exactly what childbirth is about is the same pain but within you where you can not rub or make it feel better

For starters Cramps r nothing like child birth pain. It sounds like youre getting a charlie horse ( a type of cramp ) in ur leg. When u get this cramp do not point ur toe down. trying to bring ur toe towards ur shin & that will keep u from getting the cramp ( u can do that as u feel the cramp coming on ) & as far as ur feet goes it sounds like ur foot is just asleep, It happens to everyone from time to time. youll be okay. talk to ur parents. see if they want to take u to the doc if not.
