What is the effective way to gain some inches in height

There is not one. Regular stretching could increase your height by about 1/4 inch but no more. ( l do not mean the medieval torture, l mean yoga-style stretching!)

l guess whilst you're still growing (teenage years), sleep is supposed to help you. Also, it is more genetic and less environmentally based - oh yes, proteins may help growth too.

hi, the only way to grow taller is to go to your docter, tell him/her your problem and ask if you can get a prescription of human growth hormone. this is prescribed for conditions such as yours. another short term thing you can do is to go to a ciropractor. they pop your joints and back and this can make you up to half in inch taller, but you have to do this often. thanks

A really good exercise that helps u grow taller is jumping! Several nerves r connected at the sole of ur feet that r also connected to ur thyroid & pituitary gland, which is responsible for releasing the hormones needed for ur body to grow. Jumping allows for the production of electric current to flow through ur body & to tell ur brain ''hey l wanna grow!'' That is why basketball players r very tall, they jump & reach out every day, they can not help it but grow very very tall.
Another exercise to grow taller is through the use of a stationary bike. Most people do not know this but marathon bicyclers have very long legs, it is because of the continuous movement of cycling ur legs, it greatly lengthens ur legs over time. The trick is to move up ur seat on the bike so that ur legs r straight as they push down, it helps with stimulating ur legs to grow longer. The longer u use the stationary bike, the better. Try to cycle for at least 30 minutes, but if that is too difficult try 15 minutes & then take a break. If u can, continue right after that for another 15 minutes
