l am really skinny but l am stronger than alot of my friends. Does this mean that you can call somebody skinny if they are strong aswell?, most of my friends are fatter than me but l am still stronger

OK Chris, you're on the right track. There r thin people who r weight lifters & incredibly powerful. More so than many of the heavily muscled lifters. It is something we older & more experienced iron pumpers r keenly aware of. And, we know the reason why. We call it ''tendon'' strength. Tendons r the fibrous tissue that attach muscles to bones. If ur tendons r strong - which also appears to be a gift from a higher power - then an individual will be significantly stronger than other people of the same age & weight. Can tendon strength be developed? I'd say improved. It is already there from birth. Mike
