Now to answer, on behalf of my past girlfriends:
My penis was the first that a couple (3, actually) of my previous girlfriends touched, one of them later becoming my wife. The reaction was similar in all cases - timidness at first (afraid of doing something wrong), then once things heated up that falls away & it becomes as much of a turn on for them as it does for a guy who is pleasuring his girl. Its all about the situation, if the girl is comfortable then she will enjoy the experience.

My biggest question is this: Why is it that two out of every three men is health questions r about penises! Guys, you've had it ur whole life, u should know how it works by now!
