l was in your shoes two years ago when l turned 42. l lost 20 lbs by not eating fast food and drinking sodas. l increased my exercise from once to twice a week. Now l can not keep the women away

If you want fast results, it starts with your diet.
Fat foods and skipping meals is a big no no! never miss a meal especially breakfast and eat a lot on the times you should eat.
l suggest you start taking daily jogs if not 3 times a week with good amounts of situps and pushups.
If you stay consistent you will see results in the first week.
