l have noticed over the last couple of weeks my penis hurts This is mainly when having sex or engaging in physical contact with my gf (who is account im using btw). l noticed when l shower that it is uncomfortable to wash properly, slightly painful but not as painful as when l have an erection. Please help me, it seems that it is manly when in use, it does not hurt to pee or anything like that, there is not itching or discolouration that l have noticed it is simply very painful to touch. thanks for your time.

well, you either have an infection or you are rubbing yourself raw. l am not all that well versed in male-female sex, but a little lube will go a long way for pain. l assume that you are rubbing yourself raw due to the pain in the shower (soap). KY is the best if you ask me, either the tingly one or the regular but l have heard good things about Astroglide.

If you are not circumcised then your foreskin could be the problem.

l take it that ur not circumcised as u did not mention it so r we talking about the peace of skin which holds the foreskin to the gland which is becoming sore or painful u could be over stretching it or even causing minor rip is in it try drawing ur foreskin back as far as possible if the head of the penis dips down before the roll of foreskin clears the gland it is a bit tight at worst u would have to go to ur doctors & arrange to have a small incision but l would suggest that u give it some time first as like the foreskin it is self it is very easy to stretch
