This is very embarrassing, but l do it a couple to a few times a day. l really need to stop this addiction, it is ruining my life. Every time l am about to study l start thinking about girls then doing it... l would like to stop this addiction, l would like to do it at least once a week or couple weeks like before, about 8 months ago.

The only thing that can help you is self-control... you have to discipline yourself not to masturbate at every moment possible. Another thing that might help is go to the library or some type of other public place to study that way you will be forced to study instead of beat your meat, ya know?? On a side note, everybody goes through the ''chronic masturbating'' epidemic so no worries it will be over before you know it
