Hey people I'm a 13 year old male and I have these weird zits on my twig and cherries. Is this harmful HELP ME?

it could just be hormones cuz we do get oily down there sometimes or it could be an alergic reaction to soap ur using. if ur having sex then u shoulda stated that too. if ur that worried see a doctor and maybe get anti biotics

NO. The simple answer is no. This is perfectly normal. They could be what are known as Fordyce is spots, or they could be hair bumps, or follicles. Nothing to worry about mate! Perfectly normal, no need to worry.

They are most likely lymph nodes. If they do not get red or irritated leave them alone. They are found also in the armpit area also.

See a doctor if they get large or red.

ive had 2 its simple just pop them not all at once though weird white stuff will come out and then a big lump of it at one point. When no white stuff comes out and just a sort off water leave it and it will soon die down
