for over 6 months now the hole of me penis has been red and swollen, it also stings every time l pee, ive been tested for chlamydia and urine infection and these both came back negative. can somebody please tell me what this could be or what to do because im getting worried

sometimes shampoos and soaps cause irritation to the head of the penis, try to avoid those for a while

this is an untreated UTI,, go to another doctor and get a prescription now!

its either you have an infection or something only a dermatologist or other Doctor can examine. sorry..

stop sticking things in there and it will get better

Dude are you sexually active and are using condoms? you may have a Latex allergy try using a non laytex condom see if it helps

Well obviously you have been checked out for various ST l is and you should have asked at the surgery/clinic what else it could be
My suggestion is that perhaps you have slightly damaged the tip of the penis and yes it would sting when you pee as urine is acid

do u jack off with soap? or anything like soap?
cuz soap can make ur penis hole red and irritated if it gets in the hole

the most common way to get this is being sexually active. depending on ur age or how well u developed during pueberty, there is a ''tube'' like thing that gets the sperm from ur nuts, to, well, outside of them. & if u have a big tube or a small hole, this could be the cause. it needs simply more room to come out. l dont think there is any way to fix this, although putting cream (nothing too fancy, simple lotion or vasceline should do the trick) on it should help. also, if u r allergic to anything u have been using to masturbate or have sex with (such as latex condoms, or fancy oils to use while masturbating) this could also be the cause of this.
