Basically all you can really do is wait it out, the only things needed are testosterone and patience.

As soon as you can see any hair on your face, shave it off. This will make the hair grow back slightly thicker each time.

The best thing in my opinion is to keep trimming it shorter (not completely off) which causes the hairs to grow thicker.

Trimming or cutting your hair does not make it grow faster at all, it is a proved fact. So just wait it out dude, or if you do believe them then just shave it off. (and tell whom ever that it is shaved because you like it like that.)

It is all genetics my friend. l am 42 and l still can not grow a beard that is decent. The hair just is not there!!!
But.. here is the good news. Typically, but not in all cases, guys who can grow a good beard and facial hair, lose their hair on top of their head earlier. l still have a full head of hair myself. You probably will too. So that is the bright side.
Skip the facial hair and enjoy the hair on your head.
