l havent worked out in like 3-4months and l went in tues. and did my back and bi's, l sort of hate doing my bi is becausealways get very very sore from it, l usually do 2 different workouts with 3-4 sets around 10 reps.

They dont get sore right away but a few days later my arms barely wanna be straight!It almost hurts to straighten them and its annoying!l dont go down all the away on the reps im doing them right.l feel like they hurt too much, and my upper forearms usually have soreness too!It just hurts to extend my arms my bis get so tight.......i just wanna see if something is wrong with me.

Drink more fluids. Staying well hydrated before and after you exercise will really help.

nope mate its perfectly normal and l get that if l stop gym like that
.swimming will loos-ten your muscles up as it is sending new blood to your muscles.stretch after your training and you wont be nearly as stiff n sore.

Three things.

It is perfectly normal! Your body is just trying to adapt to the work done. You will get use to it.

l suggest you should stretch before and after your work-out. It prevents cramps.

Since it burns. massage and stretch (it hurts but it works!) your arms. It will go away much much faster.
