how do you get rid of pelvis flab lets just say im losing some of my manhood

as far as l know uve gotta get it sucked right out, l dont know of any way to just work it off.

do u know where ur pelvic floor muscles are? well they r the only set of muscles that u can do exercises with to lose the flab & get ur manhood back to normal.
if u dont know where ur pelvic floor muscles are, they r are the muscles that youwould use if u tried to stop urinating. try it, next time u r using the loo, as u r urinating, about 2 or 3 seconds into it, try & hold it in, its hard.
all u have to do is tighten them 2 or 3 times a day tightening ur muscles, holding it for 10 seconds, then release. do that 10 times 2 or 3 times a day & u will see a difference
