there r mainly two ways for creatine intake.
one method is stocking & another is daily intake.
in stocking creatine is taken in reference of ur body weight, for ex a 80kg weighted guy will in take around 25 gm of creatine per day,
this will be continued up to a certain time & then a rest period will be followed. period when creatine is taken is called stocking time.
it will be best to take 5-5 gm at 4 hr interval because ur body will not absorb all of that at a time.

another, & simple way is to take 5 gm daily.
study shows that there r same results when taken in any way,
now, creatine can be taken before workout or after.
i will suggest to take it with grape juice.
i myself use universal creatine & l find it best preworkout with grape juice
