l need help finding out if l have uti..i have red dots on my penis but im not sure what it is plz help!!

Hmm. Flat red dots can be an infection from a hot tub/jacuzzi. That would be folliculitis.which can come from shaving, too.
Other red dots--fluid filled ones like the ones from herpes. If it looks like cold sores on ur penis--it is likely herpes. If u think it is herpes, go to the cdc.gov to read about it. It is really very common.
l would not suspect a UT l with red dots on ur penis.
Balanitis can look similar as well. l put a link at the bottom with pics of it.
No matter what it is, it will probably get better faster if u go to ur health care provider.
