ok this might be a little weird.well im 12 1/2 and l always hear guys my age saying how they have big dicks and stuff and l dont really know how to find this out. like if im bigger or smaller.and dont say to just ask a guy to drop his pants.

Why do you need to know what size someone else has? It is none of your business - just like it is none of THEIR business asking about your size. It is purely a personal thing. There are some things in this life that is completely personal & should be kept that way - and this is one of them.
