l love my boyfriend. yes love and if you say that 15 and 16 is too young to know true forever love( we have been together almost a year and a half) then do not answer my question. l mean he is really great when we are together he cuddles me (''he'' very important) he kisses me and he holds me. Now when we are in public its different. He will still hold my hand if l grab his first or hint it first ( you know what l mean by hint) he wont wrap my arm around me unless l lean into him. hes always up tight when we are not alone. Why is this? l mean l think all girls want their boyfriends to be all cuddly when they are around other people. or does he just not care about me. Asked in this category because nothing ever gets answered in singles and dating.

first off, you might be in love, but do not confuse that with someone else being your soul mate, you're much to young to even know what that is. You do not wanna hear that, but it is the truth, period.

secondly, most guys do not like to show a ton of affection in public because they do not wanna look like a wuss, and they do not wanna look whipped. It really depends on his personality though, l would not take it the wrong way, chances are that is probably just how he is.

This question is self explanatory. Your boyfriend is shy around other people. Do not worry about it. l was shy around my girlfriend in front of my friends and public. She did not get mad though. She thought it was cute. She liked coming up to me more though than me to her.

Guys are shy. it probably has nothing to do with you but he probably is just a little uncomfortable about hugging you and stuff in front of people especially his friends

Well l had the same problem with my husband when we first got married. He was the most affectionate man u ever wanted to meet, but when we were around other people, he was not & this bothered me. One time his brother came to our house with his wife, anyway she was sitting on his lap, & he was all over her. It made me feel like my husband did not love me as much as his brother loved his wife, so when l would mention it to him, he just told me that the people that act like his brother & his wife were show offs & were putting a show. He said that he did not have to be all over me in front of people to prove to anyone that he loved me. Well u know what? His brother & his wife have seen gotten a divorce. My husband & l have been married for 41 years this coming Oct 29th, & he had been the most wonderful husband anyone could ask for. l hate thinking of him dying before me, l feel like he is my arms & legs, l feel like if l lost him, l would have no arms or legs.
