Every friday and monday l have to play rugby for my school, and l always have to shower afterward (we play in the rain in shorts :P),
the thing is that there are showers in the changing rooms, but l do not feel comfortable showeringthere because l always get an erection. Does anyone know how l can stop getting an erection, because it takes 20 minutes to get home.

You get an erection due to something stimulating you. Sometimes it can be just the thought of being naked. l understand how it can be extremely embarrassing. l had a similar concern my first year in college when we had to learn how to swim. We did not wear swim suits but stayed naked before, during and showered after the period. It is a mind over matter sort of thing. Think of the oldest ugliest teacher you ever had.

Just do not worry about the hard on is Dude, & do not listen to the crap about it being from looking at the other Dudes in the shower.

During rugby, ur leg muscles r being pumped which also increases the blood circulation through ur testicles. This causes a peak in blood testosterone. When u take ur clothes off & the warm water moves over u body & man parts, it brings a hard on.

That is perfectly normal & healthy for ur body to do, & l bet others run into the same problem. Just wash yourself, wash around ur balls & wang, & if it swings around a little during that time, do not even think or worry about it. Act normal as u are, & ignore completely any comments from would be wimps who can not handle natural. Get dressed when ur done & move on. You do not want to start messing with body wiring or interfere with what is a healthy body reaction or working, just to satisfy somebodies crazy thinking.

Your body is healthy Dude..Just be glad for it, feel great about yourself & enjoy living.
